Student Affairs Office

The Student Affairs Office within the Admissions Department is the primary frontline between our course participants and the Institute for Education. This office takes care of different aspects to ensure a healthy and productive academic journey that values the growth and development of each course participant.

The core functions of this office are:

  • Career Guidance service through a personalised approach by providing information about courses and career prospects
  • Welfare support by guiding our course participants through our student-friendly policies and counselling services
  • Academic support by guiding our course participants through the process of acquiring academic transcripts and any documentation that one might require throughout one’s academic journey
  • Create a sense of community where our course participants are engaged academically and socially both through the Course Representatives as well as through IfE itself.

Course Participant
Representatives Committee

The Course Participant Representatives Committee is composed of representatives from undergraduate and postgraduate programme cohorts, selected annually through the Course Participant Representatives Elections. The committee is primarily set up to give a voice to every course participant. It is also the main channel through which course participants can forward any issues of concern, highlight areas for improvement as well as contribute in the programme review processes. The committee is also in charge of organising social and academic events and activities intended to boost the holistic Institute for Education experience.
